Fixed Price Guarantee
The price shown online is fixed for the rooms, square footage, material and add-ons you specify, subject to confirmation at express measurement. If the measured square footage is lower, the price is reduced; if it is higher, we show you the difference before you sign.
Site conditions
Minor subfloor preparation is included. Major structural, moisture or rot issues discovered during installation are documented with photos and quoted separately in writing before any additional work proceeds.
Warranty
FIXO provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Manufacturer material warranties apply separately and are provided with your quote.
Scheduling & payment
No deposit is required until your fixed price is approved after measurement. The balance is due on completion. Rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice is free.
