No. Laminate is water resistant, not waterproof. The core is wood based, so standing water will eventually swell it. If you need a truly waterproof floor for a bathroom, kitchen or basement, we install waterproof LVP instead and we will say so at measurement rather than sell you the wrong product.

Over tile, sheet vinyl, hardwood and concrete that is flat within roughly 3/16 inch over 10 feet, yes, and skipping removal saves you money. Over carpet, cushioned vinyl or an existing floating floor, no. We confirm this at the express measurement.
